Emotional Food Art
A graduate of the College of Art and Design in Reims, Julie Rothhahn dedicated her work to food design after attending a culinary workshop with Brétillot Marc, the initiator of this discipline.
The food is so sensitive, at times emotional, regressive or transgressive. Her work as a designer is a reality in different ways: with the catering, crafts, and food industry events. ROTHHAHN imagines new snacks, meals and entire food experiences that experiment with form, color and technique. Some of her new projects include cube cakes, appetizer sculptures, a paper bag fruit bowl and a book of recipes.
