Alexander Grappa Spray

Alexander Spray, with its bottle equipped with a vaporizer, was created to allow the consumer to taste the fleeting emotions evoked by aromas. The Spray features a 10cl miniture with a special vapouriser. Seen often in Italian bars just 3 or 4 strokes on the top of an espresso is used to make “Perfumed Coffee”. The italians also use it on oysters and prawns, cakes and chocolate, cocktails and cigars.

This grappa is made from the marc of fresh golden white Moscato grapes. During steam-distillation inside stills, its alcohol content is controled in order to preserve its aroma intensity.
