La Picaeta

“La picaeta” means the snack time in valencian language. In Valencia, the people have the habit to take a snack before the lunch at midday in the weekends with their friends.

The concept of “La Picaeta“ arises from an identifiable object of the valencian culture as is the paella, it is a gastronomic symbol, the idea is building a low side table for leisure spaces such as our terraces.
The paella is lacquered in white and is supported by three conical legs of beechwood, besides, the service’s level is completed with a satin methacrylate, thanks to the handles, you can grab easily and carry it wherever you want.
Finally, “La Picaeta” designed by Salvador Bru is accompanied by coasters with valencian reasons, concerning the culture such as the recipe or the paella’s ingredients, and give a graphic image to the service’s level.
