Exotic flavored quality mayonnaises

Empire Mayonnaise is a small, newly started company specializing in exotic flavored quality mayonnaises. With flavors as black garlic, pistachio and mayonnaise made from emu eggs they stand out from a pretty boring and like minded industry. Behind the company you find designer Elizabeth Valleau (who of course designed the packaging) and chef Sam Mason. The two have with seemingly small means managed to create something exiting and unique.
