TRIO is simply out of the ordinary. Their creativity in promoting their Nordic restaurant has gone far beyond one could have ever imagined!
They have also managed to combine their creativity in all aspects of the restaurant with perfect produce using modern culinary techniques and traditional cooking methods.The two chefs work with small producers in the region, a research center and their garden. The major part of their menu is based on organic and biodynamic products.
The restaurant has just twenty chairs. This is a very unique and special place for foodies worldwide. This guys are pioneers in their field and we absolutely love them!
